August 2012	-Attendance of MAOH subsequent monthly meeting. -visit to some Homes to see care givers. -Preparation towards the reopening of school year 2012/2013. Those OVCs to receive some gifts were selected.	Their usual complain of not meeting up with things or daily needs.
September 2012	-As parent’s die day in day out in the community, identification of OVCs (Orphans and Vulnerable Children) is done monthly as a continuous process by some selected Groups members as seen on the 3rd column -During MAOH monthly meeting, a consignment of writing materials, some second hand clothes, half bag of rice donated by Kumba City Council, Dilengent Home and Mah Di’s Orphanage.	–Yah safiatou -Pezanyi Lydia -Agbor Ashu Florence -Government Delegate -Proprietress of Dilengent Home -Mah Di’s Orphanage	See group’s Register The consignment cited were taken home by group members and for a date fixed for distribution.	We do not have means to satisfy the lot we identify monthly but it is normal that we do so as we were trained.
OCT 2012 19 OCTOBER 2012	-After MAOH meeting some Officials of Social Affairs Kumba and the President of MAOH were invited to witness the disbursement of the donated things. -During our subsequent monthly meeting we agreed to buy some gifts such as ledgers, bag of rice, carton of 60 tablets of washing soap to add to those which were donated to us in September. -Disbursement of gifts to OVCs was the day set aside. NOVEMBER 2012	-While in MAOH meeting, which was the First Tuesday of every month, each Registered Group was asked to fill a form that carries information of OVCs, Care Givers and Group Members concern.	The information was carried to the group by the person who attended MAOH Meeting.	See MAOH Attendance Sheet. The samples of the forms were distributed to representatives of Groups.	The problem of filling the form was pointed out and members were clarified By MAOH Coordinator on how to fill them.
NOVEMBER 2012	-While in this meeting we planned on how the end of year party comes 28th December will be celebrated. -We of Etoko Group were asked to prepared fufu corn/ vegetable dish for the day. -The OVCs were asked to come out with memory verse, Rymes and Traditional Dance. -Still in MAOH meeting, one member was installed as an executive member of MAOH. (Vice President)	-Members of MAOH. -Members of the Group and(Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs) Agbor Ashu Florence.	See MAOH minutes The food will be prepared and the OVCs will take part in presenting a Traditional Dance and other Activities. Those who did the installation were Representatives of the Delegate and Chief of Social Affairs Kumba	The problem is the one of transporting OVCs to/and from the Ceremonial Ground. No Funds to do that as Members of the Group support these Orphans by contributing from individual pockets.
