NOVEMBER 2012 | -While in MAOH meeting, which was the First Tuesday of every month, each Registered Group was asked to fill a form that carries information of OVCs, Care Givers and Group Members concern. | The information was carried to the group by the person who attended MAOH Meeting. | See MAOH Attendance Sheet. NOVEMBER 2012 | -While in this meeting we planned on how the end of year party comes 28th December will be celebrated. -We of Etoko Group were asked to prepared fufu corn/ vegetable dish for the day. -The OVCs were asked to come out with memory verse, Rymes and Traditional Dance. -Still in MAOH meeting, one member was installed as an executive member of MAOH. The food will be prepared and the OVCs will take part in presenting a Traditional Dance and other Activities. Those who did the installation were Representatives of the Delegate and Chief of Social Affairs Kumba | The problem is the one of transporting OVCs to/and from the Ceremonial Ground. No Funds to do that as Members of the Group support these Orphans by contributing from individual pockets. |
